Allergy Assist Programme

The Better Eat Allergy Assist Programme is a service developed to help people with food allergies and sensitivities to put together balanced meals – excluding those foods causing sensitivity/allergic reactions.

Better Eat Allergy Assist Programme

  1. provides information about foods that will not cause symptoms

  2. provides recipes, tips and cooking ideas where applicable

  3. provides guidance to help with sourcing of ingredients/products

  4. provides a complete, individualised meal planner / food guide to help make appropriate food choices, which takes into consideration all nutritional requirements important to support healing and optimal health

  5. is practical, easy to understand and follow – and uses ‘everyday foods’ as far as possible

How does it work?

We do not diagnose food allergies, but use the test results provided - regardless of the manner in which an allergy was diagnosed.
The Allergy Assist Programme will help people with allergies who often feel confused and frustrated by their diagnosis, to make sense of the ‘foods to avoid’ lists accompanying most allergy test results.
